What is Your Delivery Schedule?

Normally, we deliver once a week. But depending on the consumption the delivery schedule can be made flexible. We have consumers who are being delivered once a week, some twice a week and some daily.

What are your Delivery Timings?

We commence operations at 9 am and the delivery vehicle is dispatched at around 10 am. All deliveries are done with by 5 pm. But some times the deliveries can be subject to unforeseen circumstances. For instance; protests, road blockages, maintenance etc. But most of the time deliveries are made on time.

What are your Operating Days?

We are at your service 6 days a week. From Monday to Saturday.

Why is mineral water important?

Frankly speaking. No mineral water in the market can claim itself to be 100% mineral water or natural water. If you are looking for the 100% stuff, go to the mountains.  Nothing beats that. However, the artificial mineral water is not the substitute of the naturally occurring mineral water but it is a good alternative as it comprises of all the essentials minerals found in a good quality mineral water and in most cases minerals which are not naturally produced by the human body.

How long can the water be stored in the bottle?

Water has no expiry date. But we recommend that the bottles be kept safe from sun light.

Is Horizon Mineral Water safe to consume?

We at Horizon implement Reverse Osmosis in its full extent. From bringing down the TDS to passing through high pressure RO pumps to maintaining pH balance and then finally re-mineralizing. Quality is something hard to come across in the twin cities when it comes to drinking water. You can find out how safe horizon is here. How can I Pay?

We are open to all modes of payment. And you can opt in for daily, weekly or monthly payments.

How much do I need to pay?

Horizon charges PKR 175 per refill. This charge is inclusive of all costs payable by the consumer. Corporate is effective once consumption exceeds 15 bottles per week.

How much is the bottle deposit?

A refundable bottle deposit of PKR 900 is charged on every new Horizon bottle purchased. Bottles must be handled with care and water from filter plants must not be put in these bottles as that water gives birth to fungus in the bottles.

How can I place my order?

For new customers, you can simply call us or fill out the form on the website. For existing customers, your deliveries will be made in accordance with the decided schedule.

Do our bottles have BPA?

Horizon bottles are made from polyethylene terephtahalate (PET). PET bottles are food grade materials and do not contain any BPA.

Can you alter your delivery days?

Yes, you can. All you have to do is get in touch with us and discuss your new day.

What is the pH and TDS of Horizon Water?

At Horizon, the TDS is maintained at around 180 – 200 and a pH of 6.5 to 8.5 is sustained.
